BIO

Zachary Slater is a native of Provo, Utah.  After graduating from High School in 2011 he bought his first camera. From there he began documenting his travels, exploring the world behind the lens. In 2013 he moved to Hawaii for further schooling at Brigham Young University where he met Logan Woolley, an adjunct professor teaching entrepreneurship. As a result of Logan's unconventional curriculum, he was introduced to the world of entrepreneurship where he launched his first start-up; a children's clothing line.

With a newfound love of entrepreneurship and an ever growing passion for creating content, Zach spent the next few years jet setting between New York City and Los Angeles mastering the camera and working as a freelance videographer alongside industry professionals. During this time he worked on several high scale productions for large companies such as Organo Gold, Stream Energy, Avisae, ZHOU Nutrition, Compagnon, Revere Health, Go-Pro, YELLOOW Beauty, & nutraceuticals, transitioning into the professional film world. When it comes to his art, Zach loves to be able to use his camera to share a story with his audience.  “Everyone has an itch to do or be a part of something bigger, especially when it can change someone else's life for the good.”

Now based in Salt Lake City, Zach spends a lot of time keeping his mind sharp as an entrepreneur and staying on the cutting edge of the next era of video content. When he is not behind the lens, he can be found rock climbing, skateboarding, making music and, of course, exploring as many new places as he can.
